I am a certified, professional Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner and certified Hypnotherapist. I am based in Northern New South Wales, Australia. I work with clients world-wide online via zoom video call.
I am empathetic, kind and compassionate. I genuinely care for my clients and am dedicated to helping them to change their lives for the better. I create an environment of trust and non-judgment and all clients are ensured of confidentiality in accordance with professional codes of ethics.
RTT can be used to treat a wide range of issues in both adults and children. At present I work with individuals 18 years and older and I specialise in anxiety. I also help individuals with presenting problems that may be linked to anxiety such as fears, phobias, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, weight issues and sleep problems. Using RTT I help you to first understand how you got your issue and then free you from it for good by facilitating your understanding of the role, function and purpose of the issue.
Following your RTT session I will send you your bespoke Transformational Audio Recording via WhatsApp or email (your preference). Your Transformational Recording is an integral part of the change process and you must commit to listening to your recording for 21 consecutive days following your RTT session. This locks in the changes made in the session and helps to create new neural pathways. Even if you fall asleep while listening to the recording, it doesn’t matter as the subconscious mind is always listening.
There will be a few contact points after your session, to check on your progress and to answer any questions you may have.
The first is a 24 hour follow-up text to check-in to confirm you can access your recording and to see how you are feeling after your session.
The next is a 7-10 day follow-up text to check-in to see how you're feeling, to address any questions you may have, and to arrange a time to speak on the phone if desired.
Lastly, there is a 21 day 30 minute follow-up zoom video call with you to discuss your progress, and to determine if another session is needed or desired.
“The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose
one thought over another.”
